A) No pets are permitted on the premises.

B) Tobacco Act: Smoking cigarettes is strictly prohibited in all common areas of the building, as well as within the leased premises.

C) Marijuana: Smoking marijuana is strictly prohibited in all common areas of the building, as well as within the leased premises. It is also prohibited to cultivate, whether indoors or outdoors, or to sell it on the premises.

E) A credit check to the full satisfaction of the LESSOR will be required.

F) It is the tenant's responsibility to obtain tenant insurance. Such insurance must cover risks including theft, fire, explosion, water damage, smoke, and any other loss for which the tenant may be held responsible, as well as liability insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided to the landlord prior to the beginning of the lease term and upon each renewal.

Inclusions:

Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, dining table with four chairs, sofa and cushions, bed base, heating and hot water, washer/dryer combo, nightstand, four curtains and four blinds, small desk with chair, air conditioner.
